BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (no water)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 pt. sour cream
Noodles

Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain well. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add sliced water chestnuts and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Add 1/2 pint of sour cream and heat for a few minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
