BEEF ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
16 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
12 oz. jar diced pimento, undrained
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1 green bell pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk

Brown meat with onion and green pepper in uncovered skillet. Remove any excess fat. Add cooked macaroni, water chestnuts, pimento, soup, milk, and soy sauce. Stir to blend.

Cook on high for 20 minutes, then let simmer 10-20 minutes. Garnish with chow mein noodles.
