IMITATION CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding, instant (prepare as directed on pkg.)
1 box graham crackers
1 can pie filling (blueberry and cherry work best)

Use a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Line bottom of pan with whole graham crackers. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip and pudding mixture. Add another layer of whole graham crackers. Add the other 1/2 of Cool Whip mixture. Add a third layer of whole graham crackers. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
