JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 1/2 heads lettuce 4 green onions, chopped 3 to 4 chicken breasts, shredded 1 sm. can Chinese noodles 1/4 c. poppy seeds 3 1/4 oz. pkg. slivered almonds, toasted 3 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tsp. accent 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil 2 tsp. soy sauce Toss together lettuce, onion and chicken. Sprinkle noodles, seeds and almonds on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour dressing over salad just before serving. |
