ORANGE DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (cook type, not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding
3 c. boiling water
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1-2 c. whipped topping

Mix first 3 ingredients in large saucepan. Combine unflavored gelatin and cold water; add mixture and boiling water to saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Add juice of oranges and whipped topping. Beat with electric beater until very smooth. Add oranges; pour into large bowl and refrigerate 4 hours or until set. For variety, use strawberry gelatin and frozen strawberries or raspberry gelatin and frozen raspberries.
