BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix together and pour in 11x16 inch pan.

Combine 2 sticks butter and 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING FOR BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE CAKE:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. buttermilk

Bring to a boil and pour over: 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts

Spread on cake.
