ORETHA HAGIN'S CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 lb. cranberries 2 c. sugar 1 pt. whipping cream 1 c. miniature marshmallows 2 c. chopped nuts In food processor, grind cranberries and add sugar, mixing well. Allow this mixture to set overnight. The next day, beat the whipping cream with a mixer until stiff. Fold into cranberry mixture along with marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. |
