BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion
1 celery stick with leaves
1/2 lemon, sliced thin
3/4 c. sweet pickle juice
1 1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
28 oz. ketchup
1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 c. wine
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Some Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. horseradish
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Place onion, celery, and lemon, pickle juice in blender and liquefy. Saute blender mixture in melted butter in a large saucepan about 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes. Use as a barbecue sauce or serve hot with shrimp.
