1 c. heavy cream, or 1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. horseradish
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine horseradish, paprika and salt with cream in small bowl. Serve in separate dish. Makes 1 cup sauce. Delicious with roast beef.
