BRISKET 
4 to 5 lb. brisket
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Woodey's cooking sauce

Put brisket fat side up in metal cake pan or oblong Pyrex dish. Mix together ingredients, adding cooking sauce last. Brush mixture on both sides of brisket with pastry brush. Pour remaining mixture over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight if possible. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 more hour.
