BEEF BRISKET 
1 brisket
1 can beef consomme
1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke

Put brisket in "bake in bag." Add remaining ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Turn bag over after 12 hours. Place bag in 9 x 13-inch pan. Make 5 or 6 small cuts in top of bag. Bake in 300 degree oven for 4 1/2 hours. Drain liquid after removing from oven and cooling slightly. When brisket is cold, slice with electric knife. Before serving, mix 1/2 cup liquid from brisket and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, and pour over sliced brisket. Heat, covered, in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
