BEEF BRISKET 
Brisket
1 bottle BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 lg. onion
1/2 can beer

Mix 1 bottle BBQ sauce, soy sauce and beer in a bowl. Salt and pepper the brisket. Place brisket in a covered dish. Slice onions on top of brisket. Pour sauce on. Cook at 325 degrees. Cook 1 hour per pound. Separate brisket from sauce. Store in refrigerator overnight. Slice and serve.
