3 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Melt chocolate; add butter, sugar and mix thoroughly. Add eggs, vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and chill overnight. Roll into balls the size of a small olive, roll each ball in granulated sugar and bake on a greased baking sheet. Cookies will rise then drop into a flat cookie.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes many.
