PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. biscuit baking mix
Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix, stir thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour. Roll into one inch balls, roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown. You can also roll into one inch balls and bake according to above directions. After removing from oven press a Hershey's Kiss in the center of each cookie. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets.
