MICROWAVE CHOCO - SCOTCH FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter

Place sugar, marshmallows and evaporated milk in a medium, microwave - safe bowl. Microwave on High 4 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Stir at 1 and 2 minutes. Stir in butterscotch chips until melted. Spread into greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a medium, microwave - safe bowl. Microwave on High for 2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Stir at 1 minute. Spread chocolate mixture over butterscotch mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
