MOM'S HAMBURGER PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef, 1/2 can soup, egg, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Spread meat mixture in pan to resemble crust, approximately 1 inch thick. Build up at edges. Bake partially 15 minutes (pour grease off). Spread remainder of tomato soup, sprinkle with oregano, top with cheese. Bake approximately 15 more minutes.
