CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter

Crust: Crush cookies to make 2 cups crumbs. Mix in cinnamon and blend in melted butter. Press crumbs firmly in bottom and sides of well buttered 9 inch spring pan and chill.

Filling: Beat sugar, eggs until light in color and gradually add the soft cheese. Stir in melted chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and beat in thoroughly 3 cups sour cream. Fold in melted butter and pour batter into chilled shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

It will seem quite liquid when it is removed from oven. Chill cheese cake, remove outer edge of springform pan. Decorate the top with whipped cream.
