2 lbs. sm. new potatoes
1 pack HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
1/2 c. chopped green onion (opt.)
Paprika or black pepper
Baco's

Prepare dressing at least 1 hour ahead. Cut potatoes in cubes, cook until tender; drain. Toss potatoes with 1 cup dressing. Add onion and seasoning. Add Baco's when ready to serve. Serve warm. May be reheated. Serves 4 to 6.
