PORTUGUESE SOUP 
6 c. chicken stock or canned broth
1 pkg. kielbasa sausage, diced
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1- 5 1/4 oz. can of kidney beans, drained
1- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large carrot, diced
1/2 green Bell pepper, diced
2 cloves of minced garlic

Bring chicken stock and kielbasa to a boil. Add a little water if needed. Add remaining items and cook for another 45 minutes.
