BOSTON BROWN BREAD | |
1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. white sugar 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. molasses 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. white flour 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 doz. chopped dates 1/2 c. currents Mix in order given. Put in well oiled cans. (This makes three number 2 cans). Bake 3/4 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand a few minutes then remove from cans. These keep well in refrigerator or freezer. |
