MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
BATTER:

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. baking soda
Salt
1 can cream corn

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 lb. grated cheese
Chopped onion
1 can green chilies

Mix batter and put half in Dutch oven. Add meat, cheese, onion and green chilies. Pour rest of batter on top and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
