MARTI'S REUBEN DIP 
This recipe makes a wonderful party dip or can even be spread on rye bread and grilled for a Reuben sandwich. My family loves this for dinner with a salad!

1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Thousand Island salad dressing
rye crackers (for dipping)

Mix all ingredients (except crackers) together in an oven safe dish and bake at 400°F until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Serve hot with rye crackers.
