15 pears 6 green bell peppers 6 red bell pepper 12 white onions 2 tbsp. salt 2 c. prepared mustard 2 c. white vinegar 3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. celery seed 3 hot peppers Peal core pears. Chop in blender pears, onion and peppers. Mix all and bring to boil, simmer for 20 minutes. Seal while hot. Makes 9 pints. |
