MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c.mayonnaise
Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Sift dry ingredients. Add mayonnaise, water and vanilla. Beat, pour into pan and bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

MOCHA FROSTING:

Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Add 2 tablespoon strong, cold coffee, 1 1/2 squares melted chocolate and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
