CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tsp. butter
4 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. milk
2 tsp. onion (or more)
3 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls

Blend cheese and butter until smooth. Add next 5 ingredients. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles per can pressing diagonals together. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture into each rectangle. Pull 4 corners to top center. Bake on ungreased sheet 20 to 25 minutes until brown. Serve with chicken gravy. Serves 6. Freezes well.
