STRAWBERRY YOGURT SALAD 
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 env. (1 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) carton (1 c.) strawberry-flavored yogurt
Dash of salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Soften gelatin in the pineapple syrup. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Stir into strawberry yogurt with dash of salt. Hold thawed strawberries including syrup and drained pineapple. Mix well. Pour into 1-quart mold; chill until set. Unmold onto lettuce. Garnish with more strawberries. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
