FAMOUS DILLEY HOME ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. pudding, instant (I suggest French vanilla or chocolate)
Dash of salt
1/2 gallon whole milk

Beat eggs until thick and lemony. Slowly add sugar beating with mixer as you add. Add salt and then slowly add cream and pudding. Pour mixture into 1 gallon ice cream canister. Add milk to within 3 inches of top or to line indicated in container. Freeze in ice cream maker. use about 1 cup coarse salt to each 8 cups of ice to achieve a good brine and to freeze nicely. Crank until very hard to turn. This is delicious!!
