FRESH BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 c. finely chopped broccoli (use only heads)
1 c. raisins, steamed
1/4 c. red onions, finely chopped
1 c. sunflower seeds
10 strips bacon fried crisp & chopped (or bacon bits)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar (I used 1 tbsp.)
Seasoned rice vinegar or wine vinegar

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl with dressing. This was very popular at the June U.M.W. Meeting.
