BARBECUED MEAT STRIPS 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. ginger
1 garlic clove, minced

Cut steak into strips 6 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick. (This is easier to do if the steak is partially frozen.)
