SPICY SOUR CREAM 
2/3 c. fat free sour cream
1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise
4 scallions including tops, chopped fine
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper, ground
2 tbsp. fresh basil or parsley, minced

Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, red pepper and basil in small bowl. Cover with plastic food wrap and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 1 cup.
