CHOCOLATE NON-FAT CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Conventional oven: Preheat to 350 degrees. Spray 9 inch square pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Whisk egg whites, water and Karo syrup in medium bowl. Stir wet into dry until smooth. Bake 35 minutes.

Microwave: Combine ingredients as above. Pour batter into 10 inch glass pie pan. Bake on highest power 7 minutes, rotate pie pan 180 degrees after first 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
