SPINACH SALAD 
2 lbs. spinach, cleaned & stemmed
1 can bean sprouts, drained or fresh
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs
10 slices bacon, well cooked & crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt

Put spinach at bottom of bowl and layer rest of ingredients. Put dressing on just before serving.
