CRAB SOUP 
3 to 4 c. ham stock
3 c. cubed ham, already cooked
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 lb. crabmeat
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook over low fire one hour or until vegetables are tender. Add crushed tomatoes and crabmeat. Cook 20 minutes longer stirring often to prevent sticking.
