EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 chicken
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Boil chicken with onion, celery and seasonings in large pot with 2 quarts water. Remove from heat and debone. Bring back to boil. Cut flour tortillas in small strips, approximately 1"x2", and drop in pot while mixture is boiling. Lower heat and cook until done, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
