CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS 
1 med. size chicken
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
6 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
3 c. flour
3 egg yolks

Cover chicken with water in a large pot. Simmer 1-1 1/2 hours. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Remove chicken from pot. Set aside 2 cups of broth. Pick chicken from bones and put back into broth. Add onions, celery and bouillon cubes. It may also be necessary to add more water.

Mix flour, egg yolks and approximately 1 cup broth, to a bread dough consistency. Roll out 1/3 of dough at a time as thin as possible; cut to size, drop in boiling broth. Let simmer 20-30 minutes.
