HAM AND APPLE COLESLAW 
DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry minced onion (or onion powder to taste)
1/4 tsp. white pepper

SALAD INGREDIENTS:

1 shredded head of cabbage (chilled in ice water)
2 1/2 c. cubed ham
1 red apple (cored, seeded and cubed)
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, green

Drain cabbage. Mix together dressing and set aside. Combine cabbage, apple, green pepper, and ham. Mix well. Pour dressing over mixture and toss well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
