1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can shrimp
1 can lobster
1 can crab
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces
1 c. Minute Rice
1 can water chestnuts

Combine all the ingredients and pour into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
