ITALIAN DRESSING 
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 sprigs parsley

Put vinegar and garlic clove into blender. Cover and process on high until garlic is finely chopped. Reduce speed to medium. Pour in remaining ingredients except parsley and process until well blended. Stop blender. Add parsley. Cover and mix on high a few seconds. Yield: 1 1/3 cups.
