PEA SALAD 
4 (2 lb.) bags frozen green peas, defrosted and drained
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 c. chopped celery
1 med. size onion, chopped
6 slices bacon, crisp fried and chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Fresh ground pepper

Mix dressing with other ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
