JIM'S FAVORITE SALAD 
2 c. drained pineapple tidbits
2 c. red grapes, halved and seeded
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. syrup from pineapple
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
3 bananas
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine pineapple tidbits, grapes and marshmallows. Blend syrup from pineapple, water and cornstarch. Cook over low heat until thickened. Stir in beaten egg and dash of salt. Heat. Cool. Pour over fruit. Toss lightly. Chill overnight. Fold in 3 bananas, sliced, and 1 cup heavy cream, whipped. Serves 12.
