LEMON FISH | |
2 1/2 to 3 lb. filleted fish (trout, redfish) Salt and pepper Celery flakes 2 lg. lemons Butter Drench in lemon juice. Let stand 20 minutes. Dot fish with butter. Salt, pepper and add celery flakes. Place fillets on broiling pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes on each side or until browned. Garnish with thin slices of lemon. Serves 4. |
