APRICOT BUNS 
Frozen sweet roll dough
Apricot filling
Egg(s)

Thaw dough in refrigerator overnight (according to package directions). Cut dough into 16 even sized pieces. Stretch or pat into 4 inch squares. Brush edges with beaten egg. Drop spoonful of apricot filling into center and fold over. Brush tops with egg. Space evenly on a lightly greased tray in a 350 degree oven, for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
