MUSHROOM FILLET DISH 
2 lb. fillets (white fish)
1 med. onion, finely chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper
1 c. whipping cream

Sprinkle onion evenly in greased shallow 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Arrange 3/4 of the mushrooms over onion. Sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Place fillets over the top; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add remaining mushrooms and cheese. Pour whipping cream over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
