CHESAPEAKE BAY SALMON CAKES | |
1 (15 5/8 oz.) can salmon, drained 4 shakes Worcestershire sauce (about 1/8 tsp.) 1 egg 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 generous tbsp. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. self-rising flour or pancake mix Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. Chill 1 hour. Shape into 6 patties. Roll in flour. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375°F for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn once. |
