1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 unbeaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Cream together butter and peanut butter. Gradually add sugar and brown sugar. Add unbeaten egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture.
