CHILE RELLENOS 
1 lg. can green chiles
3 oz. shredded Jack cheese
3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

EGG MIXTURE:

1/8 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
4 beaten eggs

Grease a 9x9 baking pan.

Split open green chiles and line pan. Cover with layer of Jack cheese. Cover with layer of Cheddar cheese.

Blend egg mixture in bowl. Pour egg mixture over top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until top is slightly browned. Cut into squares, put on plates and smother with green chile sauce.
