HOT MILK CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
Dash salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 square baking chocolate, unsweetened
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add sugar and beat 2 more minutes. Blend in flour and baking powder. In small saucepan, bring milk and butter to boiling point, stirring frequently. Add to flour mixture. Add vanilla. Grease and flour 2 (9") round baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.

FROSTING: Sprinkle salt on cream cheese; blend. Add milk; blend. Add powdered sugar to desired consistency. Melt chocolate and mix into frosting. Frost cooled cake and enjoy.
