HOT FUDGE SUNDAE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. butter buds
1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts, optional
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 3/4 c. hot water

Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring until blended. Stir in pecans if desired. Spread mixture in 9" square pan. (Sprayed with cooking spray). Sprinkle mixture with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa mixed together. Pour water over mixture. DO NOT STIR.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. To serve cut into squares and invert onto dish, top with "fat free" ice cream or frozen yogurt. Spoon remaining sauce over ice cream. "Yum"
