PECAN RING 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 (10 oz.) cans Hungry Jack biscuits

Grease Angel food cake pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. With 2 tablespoons of the melted butter coat pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with 3 tablespoons of nuts. Mix remaining nuts, sugar and water in with butter and heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Separate dough into 20 biscuits; cut all 20 in half. Roll each piece into a ball. Place 20 balls in pan. Coat with 1/2 of the syrup. Repeat layers. Bake 20-25 minutes. Invert immediately on waxed paper and remove pan. Serves 8-10.
