PIZZA BOATS 
1 lb. hamburger, brown and drained
15-16 oz. pizza sauce
2 cans mushrooms, stems and pieces
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 bag of 6 inch French rolls

Mix hamburger, mushrooms and pizza sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat. Cut French rolls in half lengthwise. Lightly butter and toast in oven (on broil). Place mixture on buns. Put shredded cheese on top and place in oven (on broil) until cheese is melted. Can put chopped olives on top. Meat sauce SHOULD NOT be as thin as spaghetti sauce.
